Cylindrical crotchet-needle machines are of various diameters, cylinders, also variable range of needles suitable for smooth knitted fabrics or jacquard.

The above machines used for the production of tubular knitted pile, are suitable for variety of yarns, such as acrylic, polyester cotton. Construction of those machines allows to adapt to different height of cover without necessity to replace any of the elements. The loops cutting operation take place during the process of knitting by needle which forms a loop and has cutting blade at the tip and is very accurate. Thanks to this system, losses are eliminated from additional finishing process such as trimming, machine efficiency is significantly increased. Weight of pile fabrics range from 220g/m2 to 300g/m2, it depends on the partition of needles in a machine and height of cover.
